I’m currently leading my company in overall Reputation score & feel a lot of this has to do with both requesting reviews & immediately responding to them.

I think my super power would be listening to the customer’s voice, and letting them know that their feedback is important, that it matters, and that their feedback helps us improve!

I like to think of myself as a Reputation Ninja! I helped our company go from 11 communities winning the Reputation 800 last year, to 23 winning this year! I help get action tickets responded to and closed out quickly, respond to reviews, and help schedule social media content.

I’m pretty much known as the Reputation guru, I live and breathe the system! One of my main focuses is Rep Scores and I work very closely with all our dealerships to help and support them! This year we had 63 locations awarded the 800 Awards an that was a 50% increase on year before!

I am very process oriented. I calendar a time each day to work through reviews and keep up with our customers. I remind myself to be gentle and kind and think as if I was the customer to hear their concerns.

I am the reputation cheerleader for the organization, keeping all the communities updated and creating competition among the communities to get more and more reviews.

I am our franchisees’ biggest cheerleader while helping them manage their online reputation. We have a bevy of resources to help them keep their profiles fresh, to get and respond to reviews, and to analyze their Reputation score. We offer decks, videos, response spreadsheets, and email and text templates. I regularly congratulate high scorers when they achieve a milestone score or handle a tough review well. We’ve also run a couple of internal promotions to motivate our locations to continue getting reviews, and we reward them with generous prizes.

I keep everyone in the dealership involved. Everyone knows how important our score is and keeping it above 800. I make sure every salesman knows how to use the app to request reviews and even incentivize it. We use reputation X to help maintain or increase scores.

I keep my internal teams engaged and in the know about their Reputation score + review sentiment/count, as well as give them the tools (and incentive) to keep increasing both! Maybe a pot-stirrer, with 15 locations, friendly competition goes a long way😉

I love diving into and interpreting data to enhance the reputation of our properties. There is so much to be uncovered in Reputation reports! I’ve created custom reports for different stakeholders and departments so everyone can access Reputation data.

I keep all the different teams in the dealership involved in our online reputation. I make sure they all know what our customers are saying and help me respond to reviews when needed. It takes the whole dealership working together to keep our customers happy.

Having the app downloaded on my app is a lifesaver! I am able to answer reviews timely and on the go!
